Marie drove the pair home, and parked the car in the huge parking lot, getting outand heading into her mansion.
"There are 200 guest rooms, choose which ever you'd like." She muttered, sitting on her sofa, as her cat padded up to her and purred, rubbing her head against her master's leg.

Toxic hissed at Richard, but Marie stroked her cat's head.
"Shhhh... He's just visiting... you remember Richard right?"
Toxic looked up at her and flicked her ears, glaring at Richard, lashing her tail.
"You don't know him as Richard do you... He's.... Dad?" Shw whispered. The cat pricked her ears at the name and purred.

"He still cares about you, 'ya know?"
Marie glanced at her and shrugged.
"I guess I'm still... scarred..."
Gen-X huffed.
"You've died in so many gruesome ways, and that's the one that put you out of wack?"
Marie shook her head.
"I didn't expect you to understand..."

"Imma make some muffins!" She anounced, and marched into the kitchen before Marie could protest. Marie sighed, looking at the floor.
"I think I still do trust him..." She whispered.
